LSR8311 is a classic bench combined with the Roman bench. Such a combination brings the opportunity to train the upper body using dumbbells or a barbell, as well as exercises involving the back extensor, biceps thigh muscles or glutes. The Roman bench can also be used as a prayer bar (preacher) and one can perform an exercise involving the biceps muscles. Handles on the sides enable push-ups. Moreover, after setting the bench diagonally down it is possible to do sit-ups. This setting is also an attractive option when pressing dumbbells or a barbell.
